Italian Sausage & Sauerkraut – in Slow Cooker!


I was setting around, looking through the frige, and saw a package of Johnsonville’s Italian sausages, a couple of bell peppers that needed to be fix. So, looked through the pantry and saw a 32 oz jar of sauerkraut and a sweet onion. Well, the old brain got to ticking, and I decide to do all together in a slow cooker…I did get some sea salt and red pepper flakes, for my taste buds… Let’s go to the kitchen!!!
